Vitamins presented by St Lukes
Vitamins; organic compounds essential for growth and development, sourced and ingested through plant and animal food products, and where one may be deficient, through nutritional supplements. At Tasmania JackJumpers, daily vitamins are an essential part of the High-Performance program. Of course, in their nutritional form, but also as a key part of on-court practice as well. Each practice day, every player completes ‘Vitamins’; an individualized short session with a coach to focus on and nourish whatever might be deficient for each athlete that day. It might be on court shooting, reviewing game or practice video, or an agility fitness work out – whatever is prescribed by the High performance team. It’s about frequent, sustained improvement every day to supplement the JackJumpers’ broader program. Join fan favourite Fabijan Krslovic and friends over the NBL25 Season for Vitamins, a new podcast presented by St Luke’s Health, for a healthy dose of the JackJumpers. Vitamins, presented by St Luke’s Health will explore the stories of high performing individuals including JackJumpers players, coaches and staff, as well as key identities in Tasmania’s sport, health, political and business community and beyond.
